Zara Knit Velvet Iridescent Sequin Mini Skirt

This cute skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition. The black velvet is covered in red to blue sequins (depending on the light). It’s not full coverage; the velvet shoes here and there. The top has a gathered elastic waist.
