Zara summer dress

Zara ruffled bottom summer dress. Fits loose. Ruffles on the bottom are at an angle. From the top of the strap, the length of the short side is approx. 44.5’ and on the longer side, is approx. 47.5’. Perfect to wear on its own, over a top, or under a sweater. The scooped neck is lower than most but still covers up the needed areas.
