Zara pointy toe patent with suede heel

Worn a few times with minor signs of wear. Patent body of shoe with matching suede heel. Normally wear a 41 in Zara shoes but sized up in these to 42. Fits like a 10/11. It’s the Zara trafaluc line. Please comment with any questions
