Sleeves are unlined (yay air flow!) and the rest of the dress (torso and skirt) is lined to the hem. Breathability? Got you covered! 100% cotton for the entire dress - lining is lightweight and the fabric is an eyelet flower design (eyelet meaning holes surrounded by embroidery). It’s a dream!
