Zara black and white polka dot top xs

Loose and flowy. Elastic around arm band for flattering look. Size xs. True to size. Button and elastic closure in back. Elastic around button is thinning but it’s still functional and is an easy fix if it ever rips. Unsure about material but it’s very soft so I’m guessing a cotton combination. Shoulder to hem approx 22 in.
