this black spaghetti strap romper it has a zipper down. the front has elastic waist and elastic bottom of the legs. it's 100% polyester and it's made real nicely. it's in great condition. measured flat armpit to armpit is 19 in does have pockets unstretched waist measures 13. in but it does have plenty of stretch. hips measure 19 in as well
