Zara Women's Tan button up tailored top

Purchased this top at Zara in London, but I don’t like the way it fits me. I’m somewhere between a medium and a large, so I can never get their clothes to work! Still has tag attached. Came with a small hole under the arm which I repaired. Best fits up to 30” waist, 38” bust.
