This is an excellent preloved condition skirt with no signs of wear or flaws except that the care tag is cut out. Features a navy blue lace with gold stripes down side over a shorter skirt underneath. This is a size medium with elastic waist band. Measurements shown are waist laying flat and unstretched, full length of skirt and length to under skirt.
