This item is in good condition- unless mentioned below under flaws Item comes from a pet free, smoke free home There are no visual signs of stains, rips, snags or smells Measurements are in the photos Flaws will be noted here if there are any - none I don't know that we mention this as a flaw, but it does not have the belt loops or the fabric belt tie that came with the original dress.
