Zara Ruffle Skirt Festive Collection

I got this for NYE but it was too short for me so it’s never been used. It’s really cute and comes with a belt that you can remove. It’s a pretty shiny blue that the photos don’t do it justice. I usually fit medium and size up in Zara to a large (fits like a snug mini skirt).
