Zara Red Tiered Ruffled Dress with Puff Sleeves

This velvet red dress was gifted to my daughter, but she outgrew it and never got to wear it. The tag is still attached. The only thing I noticed is on the back there’s a super tiny loop for the button to go into. It doesn’t seem like the button can fit through it, so maybe a loop can be added.
