Features frayed hem, one side is frayed on the front and the opposite side is frayed in the back. Skirt has classic stitching otherwise. As you can see, skirt is in great preowned condition. I don’t see any callouts. Frayed edging isn’t supposed to be perfect so I’m not stating the condition of it. See photos as you could cut the fray if you didn’t want it.
