Zara NWT Short sleeveless V-neck mini dress with shoulder pads pleated front

Reposhing this item I purchased from @gina_louka. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This garment came with red marks. Appears to be for planned alterations. I have not tried to remove these. This dress does run small. I’m usually a US 8, this would be best for a size 6 Questions? Leave a comment below!
