Zara Light Blue Frayed Mini Skirt

This is Zara skirt is in excellent condition. I purchased from somebody else but it’s a little too snug on me for medium. I do feel like this runs a little small. Probably great for someone a size 4-ish or a waist size 26…. (I am more of a 6 or size 28ish right now for size reference.) The wash on this is Chef’s Kiss 💋! So perfect. Wish it fit me better!!!
