Hi, is it a peplum bottom? I can’t tell. It’s on a white background? Flaws?

@lg32701 Hi, there’s no peplum bottom, it’s straight. There are small discolorations on the inner lining and back, I’ve posted a few pictures. I think the discoloration would come out with a good dry clean. Hope that helps
