Zara Blue & White Striped Button Down Shirt Dress Size: medium Super cute and flattering Zara poplin blouse shirt dress. Blue and white stripes with drawstring tie waist, 3/4 sleeve with stretch ends, button down front. Gently used in excellent condition. Runs true to size. **A small slit has been made inside each sleeve hem to release the elastic which was ridiculously tight ( I have tiny arms). They are not visible, and it does not detract in anyway from the look of the dress.**.
