Zara Black Velvet Studded Mini Dress -Holiday New Year Winter Small BELT MISSING

This is a perfect holiday dress by Zara. It is a true black velvet mini dress with a V-neck and four buttons down the front. Long sleeves have elastic at the wrist for a balloon style. The dress has gorgeous gold studs all over it, making it shimmer in the light! In the stock photos, the dress came with a sash velvet belt. This dress is missing the belt, but the two side belt loops are still intact.
