@jordangowe good morning! So this dress is interesting to describe- there's a seam that comes in at the waist and then it sort of bellows out, hangs loosely and drapes, and gets tight again around the thigh area. I'm about 5'5" and it comes down to my fingertips when my arms are down. Hope this helps!
