It's an asymmetrical almost t-shirt type material dress with a tie on one side. Very casual, but with flair. Measurements (approximate, while laying flat): 19” underarm to underarm 28” from shoulder to shortest (tied) part Back hem is longer than the front. Back measured about 38” from shoulder to hem 16” from shoulder to sleeve hem
