Zand Amsterdam Snap Wrap Skirt O/S(37”-26” waist). Decorative snaps at waistband that also serve as actual closure with adjustable functionality to change looks( wear high on waist or low on hips or wear something underneath.). In a periwinkle blue color with white pattern & a black floral pattern waistband. Fabric is Viscose. Rolled bottom hem. There are 2 metal hoops off of waistband where you can attach things. I measured the waist at a large setting with a few more options to go slightly larger & than at smallest with a few more options to go smaller. So if you measure anywhere between this, this skirt will fit you. Good used condition. There are some fabric color inconsistencies throughout so please see last 3 pics for examples & than look for on other pics to be sure you are ok with this.
