Is it new? If not, is EUC, no stones missing or silver scratched? Is the chain sterling silver as well as the lock?#I appreciate it!

@lori9192 it is new. I believe the chain of sterling silver because it did come from the Zales the jewelry store. I don't believe there's any scratches on it cuz it's never been worn. just so you know it's not a real locket
