About 36” top of strap to bottom of dress and 14” across banded waistband. Lined pockets. The zipper only goes up halfway in the back; I haven’t tried to force it up but you may be able to get up or possibly have to fix the zipper. This is a junior’s size 7! Which is equivalent to a women’s size 4 or 6. Please ask questions for sizing / measurements.
