This professional backpack was originally made for a traveling, make up artist. Four clear plastic cases inside that stack to organize make up with additional pockets on the inside and outside. Backpack style, also has a space to store a hot tool after use. It has a tiny spot on one side that is most likely make up, shown in pictures.
