ZARA hi-lo elastic waistline faux wrap top dress

This mint/aqua colored bottom ruffle dress is so pretty. The faux wrap top is sleeveless with a high low bottom hem and a belt loop on each hip. No belt included. Unlined. The 100% polyester fabric does not fade. Great addition to any wardrobe!
