Bought it for my birthday and wore it once but the waist was too big and did not fit me. I'm 5.6ft and US size 0-2. The end is almost like a bell bottom and touches the ground even with platform shoes. Nice velvety texture. Pairs well with a simple blouse or T-shirt. Original price was $72.
