Exterior is 79% polyester+19% viscose+ 2% elastane. Lining is 100% polyester. Small shoulder pads. Approximate flat measurements (with jacket closed): Bust: 17" Waist: 16” Length (shoulder to hem) 28.5” Sleeve length: 24.5"
