Vintage YSL Yves Saint Laurent Necklace Coin Chain Triple Strand 39.5". There is a triple strand chain design between each coin medallion, a hook closure and signature, and vertical hanging YSL tag. It is a beautiful, rare piece in excellent condition. It was worn infrequently as a hip belt. I don't know if it was designed as a necklace or a belt, but it clearly will look amazing either way!
