Yves Blue Blouse with Tie Front

Truly gorgeous vintage Yves blue blouse by Saint Laurent with a tie front, slightly puffed sleeves and cuffed ends. 100% silk. Size 38, fits like a small. It's overall in amazing shape, but two things of note: The bottom button is missing, which I never replaced because I wore it tucked in. Would be an easy replacement, though, and a different button would be fine because it has a hidden placket. There are also one or two minor marks that I only noticed when photographing and might come out with pressing. See the last few images.
