Yuhan Wang rose-print draped blouse white w/baby Blue flowers Such elegant voluminous princess vibes. Satin fabric- does a beautiful billow-yet-draping thing at the sleeves. Selling but I'm a bit too small for it. Would be best on someone with more pronounced shoulders. (Mine are 16" across. Cut on the bias and it had a little stretch to it. Could fit a size 8-14 I'm guessing. Lightweight fabric Excellent condition- never worn. This designer works out of london- hard to find and small runs.
