Good used condition. One discolored spot as pictured. I haven’t tried cleaning it but I’m sure a professional clean could get it out. Also some lipstick inside may be able to wipe out. Bag has good structure. Hardware in great condition. Comes with dust bag. No box. Fleece texture is so cute for a fall/winter bag.
