Youth Size M (so tiny) American Eagle gray T Shirt & Aeropostale Size S (youth)

Aeropostale gray jacket with hood. Size Small. Idk I’m guessing it is a youth size. The American Eagle gray t shirt is size M , so it must be a youth size. They are almost the same in size. The t shirt has a stain on the front , see photo. It is basically free.
