Youth Jordan Drip 23 Rainboots size 3Y red/black/gray

I have a nwot pair of youth Jordan Drip 23 rainboots for sale. Boots do have a small flaw on ONE BOOT. The flaw is the elastic lace is cut (see photo). Other then this small flaw, there are no other major issues with these boots. These boots are red/black/ and gray. And are a youth size 3. Boots retail for over 100 new.
