mirandashepard @alyssakw26 Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. Personally, I really like Release as i have found it works well when put on the back of my neck before bed. I believe i sleep more soundly and it has also helped with some emotional trauma. Have not tried Sacred Mountain though. They are only $3 difference in price.
