It honestly blends in with the eyelet detailing well and isn’t very noticeable. The front of the top has elastic, and the waist has elastic in the back. The top is 15 inches across laying flat, and the waist is 14 inches laying flat. 100% rayon material Very lightweight and breezy, would be adorable for an outdoor summer event where you want to look cute but stay cool!
