Measures 18” pit to pit, 24” long. The garment tag says medium but based on measurements it is more of a small or extra small. Cascading ruffle collar toward the top with an optional scarf to tie into a jabot or bow tie. This area serves as a decorative bib. Front buttons. I soaked this blouse for many hours in oxyclean and then washed it - one of the interior threads lost its hold but I’ve restitched it. No stains, flaws, or smells otherwise.
