The design on these is clear with water inside and then blue water at the bottom to represent the ocean. There are silver confetti pieces in the shapes of dolphins, sharks, etc. that are floating around when you lift it and move it. At the bottom in the blue liquid, you can see there are sharks floating around and some are inside an inner tube. • It says lotion dispenser, but I believe that this can also be used to put liquid soap in if you chose to. • The toothbrush holder’s lid comes off which is shown in picture 6.
