Eye pillows These are handmade for my yoga community, and I’d like to offer them to you all here on Poshmark! I have a wide range of different eye pillows, and forehead pillows. The eye pillows are meant to go over the eyes to help calm the central nervous system, lower your blood pressure, induce deep relaxation, and has many other health benefits as well. This is organic linen, and the inside has organic lavender, buckwheat, and flaxseeds. The outer case of the eye pillow comes off and it is washable, but I would not recommend putting it in the dryer. You can also add your own essential oils by just dropping it onto the inner eye pillow. My students love these and bought a ton of them, and I used to them for my retreats!
