Lined, embroidered flowers at the bottom. Minor wear - Elastic in the back is a bit stretched out (pictured) but not so much that it doesn’t stay in place. Tagged a size small but I believe it would best fit a medium or a larger busted small to ensure the top stays securely in place. 15” laying flat. Also has one small blemish (pictured). My mannequin best fits up to size 8 so I’m confident this would fit up to a medium.
