Yiguel Azrouel ruched miniskirt size 6

Vintage miniskirt with some incredible styling details including the waistband appearing as if belted. 14" at waist with some stretch; 18" length. Fully lined w/a Jersey like fabric - super comfortable. Made in the USA. This piece has had some minor flaws; there are 3 or 4 very small shadow spots below the right waistband. Lining has a small unstitched area that does not affect wear as it is on the interior. Faint halo spot on rear. See photos. None really visible while being worn.
