Yellowberry Scoop Back Bra (Girls LG)

My mom got this bra for my sister but it doesn't fit her. I tried it on and I feel like it's a little too big for me (I'm a women's small). I also feel like the straps aren't long enough for me. I think it might just not work for my build because it has good reviews on the Yellowberry website. It's only been worn a couple times because I was hoping I would decide I liked the way it fit me so it's pretty much new. It's really soft and I think the color might be "doe" on the website though I'm not sure. It's a very light yellowish peach or creme color. It's machine washable and can be tumble dried on low although we have always air dried it. It is 87% nylon and 13% spandex. One thing I have noticed is that it does attract lint and has some on it.
