Yellow strappy top with cross over front and tie at the side, new without tags

This is a new without tags top that I bought at one of my favorite boutiques in Sausalito. This is a medium yellow polyester top that features a crossover front. The inside buttons on one side and the outside ties so you can pull it tighter or looser, depending on what you like. See photos for measurements. This is a great top that can be layered or worn alone.
