This is a super cute mini romper from urban outfitters bought in September and worn lightly! The shoulder straps can be tied in to a bow or around the neck to make it a halter. It’s a medium-light weight material and looks like a dress because the shorts are underneath and you can’t see them unless your bending around real good!
