Yellow pastel vintage 1980 spring dress for infant

Smocked Baby Dress from the 80s for infant - it says size 12 months but it runs a bit small, I would say 6-12 months is a good estimate based on my own baby. This was mine from the 1980s and was stored properly since then - great condition, I honestly think it's been worn once plus the one time I put it on my own baby for a pic. Classic pastel dress for those vintage vibes.
