Yellow dot loft peplum top

Fun and super soft Loft peplum top. This is loose and and drapery. I am a small and have lots of room. 3/4 sleeves. Super cute with jeans and booties! The yellow dots have a slight fuzzy texture which adds a fun element to the shirt!
