anadanad63 I saw it says NWOT bur have sometimes recieved damaged items that are claimed new , so just checking . I am not small in top ans I know this store often runs small thats why I ask . Thank you

cjcray02 Hi @anadanad63! It measures 16” across, but it’s super stretchy. I’m a 34DD and it fits me well, though I can’t say for sure how it would fit a 38D. It’s 26” long. I bought it, washed it, and then it just sat in my closet—nothing wrong with it at all. :) Let me know if you have any other questions!
