Super Cute Nelly Tunic Dress in a size M. Pale yellow, 3/4 Bell Sleeves, Midi length to the knee. Elastic boat neck for off shoulder wear. Looks great belted (Belt not included) and loose and flowing. Very soft knit cotton blend. Machine wash. Size M fits 6/8. My assistant here is a size 2/3 and it looks great on her too though so works for a small just as well.
