sharkictc @heidigoetz , this is what would be considered a vintage Jessica McClintock. I bought it brand new, I think in late 99s- 01, when I was in college. The waist goes down to the bottom seam. the ribbon, however sits higher in between. I kept it in near perfect condition, wearing it only a couple of times.
