Yellow Floral Mini Dress

I think this is supposed to be a dress but I'm not sure as it was very short on me! (Like, my whole bum was out). I am 5'9" however, so might fit better as a dress on someone who is maybe 5'4" or shorter! The fabric is very soft and the fit is very comfortable so I'm disappointed this was way too short. Tag says size 8 but I think it's Australian sizing, so I think it's supposed to fit size small, but is loose so could probably fit a medium as well
