kelandel @baus14 I'm about average lengthed torso, and it hits about mid hip. I'm 5'3. With the ruching it has some give.

kelandel @baus14 apologies, our house was burglarized and everything else went on hold. I'm so sorry for not being in touch sooner. From the top it's 19 inches, but that is unstretched and remember it has ruching to allow for greater flexibility in length.
