jacks562 Depends in the brand. like YSL I’m 6.5 it’s comes a half size smaller.versace heels I get them 5.5 to fit perfect if I get 6 it’s a bit big. In D&G I’m actual size 6, 6.5 it’s big. Valentino actual size 6. it just depends on the brand.. but overall, the majority of heels and shoes are 6 hope this helps
